Delete your account

In the app: Profile → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, sign in here to delete your account instead.

What is deleted

• your account, email address and password
• your profile: username, display name, profile picture and body details
• every activity and its route, your posts, their photos and reactions
• friends, friend requests, invites, your clan membership and the events you created
• skins, quests, notifications and push notification registrations

Your hexes are not kept for you: each one goes to the player with the next most influence there, or becomes free. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in screen of the app, then come back. If that is not possible, write to the contact address in the Territory store listing from the email address of your account and we will delete it for you.
